This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process on this website, for what purposes, and what rights you have. As we are based in Ukraine and also work with clients in the European Union and worldwide (except Russia), we apply the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, where applicable to visitors or clients in the EEA/UK, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Access Data and Hosting
You may visit our website without actively providing personal data. However, certain access data is automatically collected when you access our pages. The web server stores information in so-called server log files, such as the name of the requested file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, confirmation of successful retrieval, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, and IP address.
These access data are processed solely to operate and secure the website. Where the GDPR applies, this is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data are typically retained only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting (usually no longer than 30 days, unless a longer period is required to investigate an incident).
Website Hosting
This website is hosted on a rented server that we operate for displaying the site and related technical services. In that context, technical data such as IP addresses and server logs may be processed by us and/or our hosting provider acting on our instructions.
We do not intentionally use advertising or analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel). The hosting environment may set strictly necessary technical cookies or similar technologies required for security and basic functionality. Where the GDPR applies, necessary technical processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; any non-essential cookies would only be used with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
If our hosting provider processes personal data on our behalf, we take reasonable steps so that processing is limited to what is necessary to run the website securely.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
As stated above, we currently do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Embedded media (for example YouTube) and social platforms may set their own cookies when you interact with them — see the sections below. If we later add a CDN or similar infrastructure for performance, it may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver content securely and efficiently.
You can usually control or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect website functionality.
Where such technical processing is needed for a secure and performant website and the GDPR applies, it is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data Processing When Contacting Us
When you contact us (for example via the project inquiry form on this website, by email, Telegram, or WhatsApp), we process the personal data you provide. This typically includes your name and email address or messenger contact, as well as optional information such as company name, website or social profile, and project-related details.
Mandatory fields are marked as such; without this information, we cannot handle your inquiry. Data are used only to respond to your request and to prepare possible cooperation. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries).
We plan to forward inquiry-form submissions to a Telegram bot so we can read and reply to requests. Until that delivery is fully enabled, please also contact us by email or via our public Telegram/WhatsApp channels. Message content sent through Telegram is also processed under Telegram’s own terms and privacy policy.
Your data will be deleted once your inquiry has been fully handled and storage is no longer needed, unless you consent to further use or a longer retention period is required by law. Where the GDPR applies, continued storage with consent is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Where available, data transmission via our website is protected using SSL/TLS encryption.
Embedded YouTube Videos
Our website includes embedded videos from YouTube, a service operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, or Google LLC, USA. We use YouTube’s enhanced privacy mode. This means that no personal data is transmitted to YouTube when a page with an embedded video is loaded.
Only when you actively play the video does your browser establish a connection to YouTube servers. By playing the video, you consent to the processing of personal data by YouTube (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). YouTube may receive information such as your IP address and, if you are logged into a Google account, associate the visit with your account.
Data may be transferred to servers in the United States. Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and uses Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure adequate data protection. Further information can be found in Google’s privacy policy.
Social Media Presence
We maintain online presences on social media platforms to present our work and communicate with clients. When you visit our profiles, personal data may be processed by the respective platform operators. We have limited influence over this data processing.
We operate profiles on:
Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Dublin, Ireland): Meta may process IP addresses and other data stored via cookies. If you are logged in, your visit may be associated with your profile. Data may be transferred to third countries, including the USA.
YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd./Google LLC): When visiting our YouTube channel, Google processes usage data such as viewed videos and interactions. Data may also be transferred to the USA.
TikTok (TikTok Technology Limited, Dublin, Ireland / ByteDance Ltd.): TikTok may process device and usage data and transfer it to countries outside the EU, including China, where no GDPR-equivalent data protection exists. Such transfers occur only with your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR.
Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc. / related entities): If you contact us via Telegram, message content and account metadata are processed under Telegram’s terms. We use Telegram to communicate about projects.
WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta): If you contact us via WhatsApp, your phone number and messages are processed under WhatsApp’s terms. We use WhatsApp to communicate about projects.
We process personal data from social media or messenger interactions only as needed for communication and portfolio presentation. Where the GDPR applies, this is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and/or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
